Make time for your health and wellbeing
Making time for my health and wellness has always been a priority for me, especially after having my daughter. I know how important it is to exercise, eat healthy and practice self-care so I like to schedule the time. However, I see so many women putting their family, partner, ageing parents and even the dog before their own needs. Throw in the mix the change in hormones as they head into perimenopause, and it’s common for women to struggle with body confidence, low energy, mood swings and anxiety.

Can you relate? I want to show you that it's possible to prioritise your health and wellbeing while still being a good mum, partner, and daughter. That's why I created the ‘Me-time Mama Movement’, a 21-day programme designed to help you ditch the mum guilt, boost your energy and body confidence, and own your ‘me time.’

I don't believe in an ‘all or nothing’ approach. Instead, I believe in taking small steps that create big changes towards a long, active, and purposeful life. This programme isn't a 21-day diet, but a guided approach to making lifestyle changes that will see you skipping happily into the next phase of your life. With over 15 years of experience in nutrition and 10 years in yoga, meditation, and breath work, I've created a simple and easy-to-follow programme that will help you feel energised and excited with a new zest for life!
